DISCIPLES MEN - STRONGER TOGETHER
On September 19th at 10 am Disciples Men in the Greater Kansas City Region will gather virtually to meet the staff of Disciples Men in the U.S. and Canada and form a steering committee for Disciples Men of Greater Kansas City.

We will meet for one hour by Zoom and hear about a new Bible study developed for men called the Jesus Way and learn about one-day mission projects by men in our own Region.
Disciples Men is a cooperative effort between the Office of Disciples Men and the General Conference of Disciples Men. . .

The General Conference of Disciples Men (GCDM) is comprised of the Regional Men’s President and Regional Men’s Staff Member of each of the 35 regions of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the United States and Canada, and elected members of the Conference Executive Committee.
The ODM and GCDM work together ministering the unique needs of men in the church. Our combined mission is to empower men to discover and fulfill their potential as servants of God. This, in turn, strengthens the witness of the total ministry of the church.
“ From 1992 to 2004, as Associate Regional Minister for the Christian Church In Kentucky, I had the privilege of developing men’s ministry resources and working with ecumenical men’s leaders both nationally and internationally. . . my passion for this vital ministry never waned. I am so very grateful to have this opportunity to focus on men’s ministry once more . . ."
"“My passion for ministry to men stems from my own experiences of struggling to find, understand, and uncover my identity as a Christian man. I have benefited from many great examples of men who live out their faith and masculinity in different, yet life-giving ways
