TGIF! Many of you regular readers will be happy to see that I finally cleaned up my newsletter! You probably haven't scrolled past the essay for a while since it was a hot mess that I never got around to fixing.... It should be a little better and clearer for you now, but it is a work in progress, just like me ;)

Today's PGG essay is in honor of the Olympians who are doing their best under extremely difficult circumstances, and especially for Simone Biles, (and earlier this year Naomi Osaka) who has done more for the U.S. than any medals she could have won for our team by being an example of being in tune with and taking care of oneself regardless of what people might think or the external consequences would be.

The PGG Video of the Week reminds you to be disciplined with how you talk to yourself and this week's Instagram post is a reminder about loving yourself while under construction <3

Also, for something new, I used to put the PGG Video of the Week with a screen capture at the bottom of these emails, but now I'll do a PGG Vibe of the Week with a song, performance or other YouTube clip with a vibe I might be feeling or think resonates that day. Last week I was inspired to share The Beach Boys Good Vibrations and figured why not continue? This week is the Rev. Al Green People Get Ready (Scroll down for a live version)

If you look forward to and benefit from these weekly missives and PGG essays and want to show your gratitude, any donations for my efforts are welcome and appreciated here: And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.

Big hug <3
