Mount Washington Cruises, Laconia
The Mount Washington Cruises sets sail with themed events and programs throughout its season including their standard narrated scenic tours of Lake Winnipesaukee, haunted tours, cocktail cruises, Sunday brunches, and Sunset Dinner Cruises. Additionally, this famous attraction offers a full schedule of special event programs such as craft beer festivals and murder mysteries. During select dates in September and October this year, the 230-foot (70-meters) m/s Mount Washington vessel from the 1800s will add theatre to its cruise programs in partnership with the Winni Players Community Theatre. Actors perform a lively comedy “Mutiny on the Mount,” set in the 1920s and written in 1952 by Meredith, New Hampshire native Bob Montana, the genius behind the Archie comics. This family-friendly event offers an all-in-one dinner cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee, a sunset view, and live theatre.
