The New 'Normal'.
How things have changed in the last few weeks. First of all, I hope you and your loved ones are doing well.
You only need to turn the tv on for a moment to know that we are living through unique circumstances, the economy, people's health and way of living has been turned upside down. It is normal to have questions, to feel scared, confused, but we must not lose hope.

While I don’t have all of the answers, one thing that I do know, with absolute certainty, is that we all need a place to call home, and we will get through this together.

We are so fortunate to live in this great country and seeing fellow Canadians rallying together to confront this Covid-19 epidemic makes me feel so incredibly proud to call Canada my home.

And while some people have chosen to put their real estate plans on hold, understandably so, I have also talked to so many others that have recently sold their homes and still need a new home... global epidemic or not!

We’ve seen an interesting influx of interest from homeowners in both the GTA and the greater Simcoe area who now have new, unexpected plans to move closer to family or to relocate to larger expansive properties with more space.

There are two organizations near and dear to our hearts, Special Olympics and the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS).
We proudly donate a portion of our income from real estate sales to both organizations.

As you probably know, Special Olympics has impacted the lives of its athletes in profound ways, most notably in building self confidence, friendships and self-esteem.

The GTHS understands that we all need a little help sometimes. More often than not,people have to prioritize food for their pets over food for themselves. The GTHS wants to do their part by helping make pet food more accessible for individuals and families who are in need; their hope is that the people of South Georgian Bay will never have to make this difficult choice.
