Warmer days are finally here.

Well after a long winter it is nice to see that warmer days are here to stay.

We are truly lucky to live in this amazing area where not only we have great, friendly communities around but we also have so much to do and places to explore, from Tobermory to Parry Sound and the amazing Muskoka Lakes, the possibilities are endless.

A visit to the Grotto or boat ride past the Big Tub Lighthouse, a wonderful bike ride or walk on the Georgian Trail, or hiking Metcalfe Rock just to name a few.

It is also nice to see that many businesses are starting to reopen and the economy is stabilizing. Take a look at the Market Report below, I believe these are all signs that we are moving upwards and onwards.

With all my appreciation.

With the warmer weather here, one thing is for sure, more and more backyard pools are starting to see some action. Take a look at the video below for your perfect pool party guide.... according to some adorable pups.
There are two organizations near and dear to our hearts, Special Olympics and the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS).
We proudly donate a portion of our income from real estate sales to both organizations.

As you probably know, Special Olympics has impacted the lives of its athletes in profound ways, most notably in building self confidence, friendships and self-esteem.

The GTHS is a non-profit charity that operates an animal center serving the south Georgian Bay region by providing shelter for homeless animals and adopting them to caring families.
And remember… Your Referrals Help Continue the Life Changing Work by Special Olympics and The GTHS! We are on a quest to raise $25,000 for these organizations!

This is where you come in… If you or anyone you know is considering making a move, we would like to offer them a FREE No Obligation to Sell Consultation to discuss just how they can make their move, get what they want and do it with the least hassle.

While Rita and Elton said good-bye to this charming property, we are all excited for the new owner and her adventure in such a lovely town.
Tony and Judy are sorry to leave beautiful Georgian Bay behind, but setting sail into a new adventure in Kitchener to be close to their family is something to be celebrated.
It is thanks to the relationships we build and the culture we create that we are able to connect people and help them find a place they can call Home!⠀Congratulations to all parties involved.

Max has become such a trusted and respected colleague over the last 1 1/2 years. I chanced upon Engel and Volkers, by accessing a property listing online. Max called me one Saturday morning, introduced himself and unobtrusively and professionally offered to represent my interests in the realty world as i sought a property in the Collingwood area.

He has been accessible, warm, honest, committed and gone above and beyond in our search. We have felt so advocated for by Max as a realtor.
He knows the industry intimately well, and you grow to completely trust him, as he shares with you details of property purchase and nuances you could not have known. Max is affable, full of wit, raw truthful and never leads you down a path of poor choice.

Max respects the money you have spent a lifetime earning and wants you to move forward with no regrets. There was never a moment where I felt pressured to commit to anything but my gut feeling about a property; Max never imposed his. I have had interactions with him late at night, early in the am, and through weekends, as he puts his clients interests often before his own needs for time away from the business of real estate. The portal he created for me, was rich with opportunity, and prompted a significant number of showings. Max and I both know that this property is start my launch point, and it may or may not be the legacy property that I end up spending the rest of my life on.

What I do know beyond a shadow of a doubt however, is that Max and I will work together with the Engel and Volkers family for the rest of my life. If I move this property, or several in the future, if I have peers searching in the area, if my contractor colleagues are seeking advice, or if I want someone great to bounce ideas off of during my build in terms of realty wisdom; I will call Max. I am grateful for him and Tammy in our lives.

Canadian housing market bounces back in May in the first step to a long recovery

Georgia Straight

Poison Ivy
Poison ivy is a straggling or climbing woody vine that's well known for its ability to cause an itchy rash.
It grows on sandy, stony, or rocky shores, and sprouts in thickets, in clearings, and along the borders of woods and roadsides.
The leaves of poison ivy have three pointed leaflets. The middle leaflet has a much longer stalk than the two side ones. The leaflet edges can be smooth or toothed, but are rarely lobed. They are reddish when they appear in the spring, turn green during the summer, and become various shades of yellow, orange, or red in the fall.
