And I am not only talking about the weather conditions (by the time you read this you may be looking out the window and think ‘Spring is just around the corner’ or you could be thinking ‘When is this Winter ever going to end?!’), I am talking about real estate, overall the real estate market is holding strong, long gone are the days when winter was associated with a stagnant real estate market.
In the last 90 days we have seen an increase not only in the number of sales but also in the sales prices in South Georgian Bay, compared to the same time last year and the year prior to that.
