EMBRACING INDUSTRIAL

Embracing the location's industrial area, featuring high-voltage towers and a power plant, Rio Yards seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with the city's industrial roots.

To emphasize the industrial theme, the team added a decorative, raked plaster wall. The striking exterior brick used in the building has been integrated into the lobby's design.

Showcasing two sleek, glass-paneled office buildings soaring three stories high, this project has a combined area of over 240,000 square feet. Anchoring the east and west sides of the site, two expansive parking structures rise three and five stories tall. These modern office spaces feature efficient floor plates that maximize usability and flexibility, ensuring optimal layouts for all tenants.

At the center of the campus, an inviting courtyard features fountains, pickleball courts, a lush turf lawn for recreational activities, expansive shade structures, and ample seating for outdoor dining and corporate events.
