January News
Dear Friends,

2020 was our most successful year to date. We represented clients in 27 transactions, selling just north of 24 million. In Vienna, Virginia alone, our sales were up over 600% from 2019 - which is why I chose Vienna for this month's neighborhood feature.

Vienna is a town perfectly crafted for families. It is highly walkable, safe, packed with green spaces, and has a thriving business district. Between the lively downtown area, accessibility to DC, and excellent schools, it has something for everyone.

Please read on for a deeper dive into this great town - including current listings. As always, contact me for more information - I am happy to help you find the best possible home for you and your family anywhere in DC or Northern Virginia.

If you're getting that cold-weather cabin fever, check out my guide for recommendations on how to have a restful and fun winter season.

Best,
