On Monday, March 18, the new Afterschool and Summer Workforce Solutions Database was launched during the Workforce Summit at NAA24 Convention. This database was created to highlight solutions for combating workforce challenges facing afterschool and summer programs, from recruiting and retaining high-quality staff to building career pathways and supporting BIPOC leadership!
