🎾 2nd Annual EVP | AZ Max | SSE Pickleball Tournament!

East Valley Periodontics is thrilled to co-host our 2nd Annual Pickleball Tournament on Friday, February 27, 2026, at The Picklr Scottsdale bringing doctors, teams, and trusted business partners together for a high-energy afternoon of connection and competition.

Last YEAR!

Last year proved just how much this event resonates with our community. We had:

38 doctors registered
37 non-doctors registered
35 teams
75 total players
And the support of 8 amazing sponsors who helped us create an unforgettable experience

And this year? We’re only looking up.

With 2026 marking our second year on the courts, we’re excited to expand the tournament even further with more teams, more networking, and even more opportunities for community collaboration.

The event will feature four skill-based brackets (Recreational, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced), ensuring everyone can participate. Each team pair must include at least one doctor or dentist, making the tournament a perfect blend of fun and professional relationship-building.

Event Highlights Include:

🕒 12:30 – 1:00 PM: Lunch provided for all players and sponsors
🕐 1:00 PM: Tournament play begins
🏆 End of Event: Awards ceremony and raffles featuring bronze, silver, and gold prizes for top teams in each bracket

From the competition to the community spirit, the laughs to the prizes this tournament has quickly become a favorite tradition. We’re proud to continue creating events that celebrate partnership, teamwork, and connection across the dental community.

Each team must include at least one doctor player!

🎄HOLIDAY HOURS🎄

As we celebrate the holiday season, East Valley Periodontics will have special closure dates to allow our team time with their families.

Our offices will be closed on December 24 through January 4 for our winter break.

We will reopen with regular hours on January 5th, 2026.

We appreciate your understanding and wish you a joyful and peaceful holiday season!

Lead Surgical Dental Assistant

Meet Shilo, our Lead Surgical Assistant with 7 years of experience at EVP. She loves educating and supporting patients, helping them feel confident and comfortable throughout treatment. For Shilo, the best part of her work is improving oral health and seeing patients smile again.

She appreciates EVP’s family-first culture and the team’s commitment to exceptional patient care.

Outside the office, Shilo enjoys skating, traveling, and outdoor adventures with her family fully embracing her favorite roles as wife and mom. She’s also passionate about mental health awareness and advocacy.

Fun Fact: She’s a barefoot enthusiast who also knows her way around a car engine!
