Chicago's SBIF, or Small Business Improvement Fund, is a program that funds small businesses and property owners to help them repair and improve their buildings. This can include things like making their storefronts look nicer or making their properties more accessible. The goal is to beautify neighborhoods, attract more customers, and create jobs. The best part is– these funds do not have to be paid back.

Apply now! Reach out to our Advocacy and Economic Development Specialist Ashlee for any assistance.
