UpNext Texting Campaign Resource
DiscoverU partner, Washington College Access Network (WCAN), is leading the nation's UpNext mobile messaging campaign in Washington State. UpNext is a text-messaging tool designed to give high school and current college students information about the college application process and completing college. To participate in UpNext, all you have to do is text the word "COLLEGE" to 44044. The mission of UpNext is to increase postsecondary enrollment for all students, and particularly first-generation and low-income students. Learn more about UpNext.

In addition to UpNext, WCAN also leads the 12th Year Campaign which focuses on supporting high school seniors in completing their college and financial aid applications, giving information about both FAFSA and WASFA. Learn more about the 12th Year Campaign here.
