Greetings LRCC members!

On May 13 we had a few members attend our Pollinator photo shoot at Prescott Farm in Laconia.

We may have been jumping the gun on this adventure as there were only a few blooming flowers and a few busy bees.

As the growing season progresses there will be many more opportunities to shoot at this location. They are open every day from sunup to sundown.

Let’s get out and shoot!

We will be hanging new photographs in the Library at the June 7 meeting. The theme for this display of our images is “Spring has Sprung”. Wayne Justason, President, LRCC

PRESCOTT FARM ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CENTER

Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center in Laconia has just completed a major renovation. The new facilities next to the old farm house have state of the art meeting rooms, bathroom facilities and more.

The extensive flower and vegetable gardens are tended by volunteers from the community and from the Master Gardeners program

Prescott Farm's education theme for the year is Pollinators. We will be involved with this program both as a club and as individuals

We met in the upstairs room at the library and had to be finished and out by 8:00 pm

Discussion of the Survey was therefore postponed until the next meeting on June 7th.

Wayne briefly reviewed the potential of collaborating on projects at Prescott Farm Environmental Center. He then projected our images using Lightroom Classic and as we discussed options, he adjusted our images accordingly. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
