New Discussion Boards Launch Jan. 26 - What to Know

Current Discussion Boards Go Offline Jan. 22

Existing boards will be taken offline this Thursday morning so we can complete some necessary back-end maintenance. You will not be able to post or access existing threads after this date. If you have a question or need support during the downtime, please submit a case.

Accessing the New Boards

While you will receive an email with a link to the boards on Monday, Jan. 26, you will also be able to access the boards as you do now on the Hub. We will provide a user guide and support documentation to help you get started with the boards via desktop and/or the mobile app.

Logging into the Boards

The platform will connect you through Single Sign-On (SSO), letting you easily access the boards on your desktop, laptop or mobile device using the same login credentials for the Hub.


If you have not completed your Single Sign-On steps for Hub access, you will need to do so in order to access the new boards. Please reach out to ssohelp@alliancefranchisebrands.com or open a case for support.
