2013 has already proved to be an exciting year for Disney McLane & Associates. We kicked off the year with our annual sales meeting. This year's theme is "Easy With DMA." Our entire team spent two days hearing from customers and working actively to make it easier for you to do business with us. We adopted some key initiatives for the year. As a result look for more training opportunities and enhanced communication from DMA in 2013.
We also welcomed three new associates to our team. Phil Burkhart joined us as our Hydronics and Steam Product Manager. Phil's responsibilities encompass the entire DMA footprint. Matt Vinning came on board as an inside sales associate as did Rick Pungerchar. Additionally Jim Huesman accepted the challenge of becoming Disney-McLane's first ever Marketing Manager.
Disney McLane started 2013 by rounding out our line card by adding FEBCO, Watts Radiant, and Orion for the State of Ohio.
At the Watts Water Technologies National Sales Meeting in Las Vegas, we were the recipient of the "Excellence in Marketing" Award. Thanks to our marketing team for all of their hard work and dedication.
We continue to communicate and plan for a Lead Free 2014. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional information as this is a real industry changer that we all need to be focused on.

Welcome aboard Phil Burkhart, Matt Vinning
and Rick Pungerchar! |

Phil Burkhart started with Disney McLane in January 2013, and has over 25 years of hot water and steam experience with wholesalers and reps.
Phil and his wife Karen live in Etna, Ohio on the east side of Columbus. They have 4 kids, Alex, Andrew, Alyssa and Austin.
Phil is a Buckeye fan and enjoys camping, swimming and spending time with his family.
Matt Vinning came from the Industrial Machine and Tool industry. He has been in business to business sales for the past ten years. Matt is married and expecting his first child at the beginning of April. In his free time he loves to read, play with his dog, and likes to spend time with his family and friends. He is also a published author!
Rick Pungerchar is married to his wife Rita and the father of three children. Rick is also working on his Bachelors Degree at Cleveland State. Rick enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and football.

Watts Water Technologies has begun the transition to Lead Free and they are investing even more into the future. Currently being developed is a new 30,000 square feet facility designed for manufacturing Lead Free products exclusively which will open in April, 2013.
