We’re Going to Disneyland!
The Disney trip for Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band & select Percussion is finally here!
Final versions of the detailed student itinerary and the "leave at home itinerary” are attached. Please use these updated forms going forward. Students will need to reference this information throughout the throughout the trip.
By Wednesday, April 3—Must bring to school:
~Your full uniform in its garment bag—including shoes
~Luggage with color-coded bag tag
~Instrument with color-coded bag tag
We will load them on the truck before school and during class.
~We will NOT check ANY bags or instruments at the airport.
~Personal carry-on item only for the flight.
~This means you need to pack before Wednesday.
Friday, April 5
We’ll see everyone at the
Delta Airlines
counter at your assigned flight’s call time*
in your custom
Disney t-shirts.
Be sure to bring proper photo ID:
Under 18: School ID, License or Passport
18 and Over: License or Passport.
*4:30 AM call time for Students with
Pink Tags
on the 6:00 a.m. flight
Check in with Lead Chaperone

group chaperone (if on the same flight).

on the 7:40 a.m. flight
