In Case You Missed It: Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Q&A Webinar Recording
The Law Society of Alberta hosted a webinar on Thursday, September 19 focusing on the most frequently asked questions regarding the upcoming changes to the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Model Rules, effective Sept. 30, 2019.

The webinar discussed amendments to client identification and verification rules, as well as accounting rules governing the receipt of cash and the permitted use of lawyers’ trust accounts.
