I am pleased to announce that I have been appointed Chair of the SANDAG Regional Planning Committee which oversees the preparation and implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Plan.
Transportation options in major employment centers are vital—we must preserve and expand access for employees. I met with Life Science community and Biocom California for their input on how to support the North County Transit District’s Coaster Commuter Rail Service and improve transit services in Sorrento Valley, Torrey Pines Mesa, and north University City.
