Thanks for Joining Us!
On   December 4th, we had the opportunity to view the lights along the River Walk with a few of our neighbors. Thank you all for braving the cold to experience the beauty of the River Walk during the holidays. I'm looking forward to hosting more events like this in the future and meeting more of you. Thank you to Kelly Saunders from the Center City Development and Operations Department for helping organize this event.
Congratulations Roger Martinez & Ezra Johnson!

Congratulations to Mr. Roger Martinez on being named the Chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and to Mr. Ezra Johnson for being reappointed to the Via Board.
Congratulations on your accomplishments, Roger and Ezra. Thank you for your service to San Antonio.

Congratulations Valencia!

On   December 4th, the 2018 National Night Out Awards Ceremony was held at the SAPD Headquarters downtown.

This year, all the Homeowner and Neighborhood Associations competed with each other for the best NNO event.  Valencia's secretary, Gabriela Gonzales, made a scrapbook containing the photographs taken during their celebration and explanations of what they were.  Valencia won Second Place in this city-wide competition, second only to the King William's Association.

Receiving the award for Valencia were their NNO Co-Captains - Clemen Garcia and Jo Alexander and Board Secretary - Gabriela Gonzales.  Also pictured with the two SAPD Officers is Linda Tomasini, the NNO Director for the City of San Antonio.

San Antonio ranked third nationally! Congratulations to Valencia and all residents who work in partnership with dedicated law enforcement to make our neighborhoods safer places to live, work and play.

Education Nights at The Public Theater are an exclusive performance for youth, ages 12-18, to attend a production in the Russell Hill Rogers Theater at The San Pedro Playhouse. These performances provide access to educational learning experiences in the creative arts and live theater. Also, performances foster positive youth development and individual personal growth through increased self-expression, social engagement and exposure to potential career opportunities. Education nights are made possible through the generosity of foundations and corporations.
