Hello District 103 Club Members!
As District Director, I am excited to invite you to the in-person 2026 Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Chicago Marriott Midway.
This year’s TLI is especially meaningful as we return to an in-person experience for the first time since 2019. In support of member engagement and leadership development, I am pleased to share that, as District Director, together with my leadership team, I have made the decision to fully sponsor this year’s Summer TLI. This includes admission and hospitality, allowing all attendees to participate at no cost.
This District-wide sponsored event brings members, guests, and incoming club officers-elect together under one roof for a powerful day of learning, connection, inspiration, and leadership growth.

The 2026 Summer TLI is led by TLI Dean, Cynthia Anglin, DTM, with the support of our Program Quality Director, Dr. AlyceAnn Williams, DTM5x, this year’s theme, “Mobilize, Modernize & Monetize,” reflects our commitment to helping leaders grow, adapt, and create new opportunities through communication and leadership excellence.
District 103 is honored to welcome Aaron Beverly as our 2026 TLI Keynote Speaker. Traveling from Philadelphia, he will deliver two keynote presentations and an afternoon workshop focused on communication excellence, confidence, storytelling mastery, innovation, leadership impact, personal growth, and how Toastmasters skills can open doors to becoming a paid communicator and speaker.
