District Director Melody Helleouet invites every member to embrace this year's District vision-

"Dare to Break New Ground"

Whether it's pursuing Distinguished recognition, progressing through Pathways, stepping into a leadership role, or helping others grow, every courageous step helps strengthen our clubs and District.

This year is about moving beyond comfort, embracing opportunity, and discovering what we can achieve—together.

District Officers Training

On July 18, 2026 our brand new District Leadership Team came together at the historic Surrey Firefighters Local 1271 for our District Officer Training (DOT) event.

Division Directors and Area Directors from all across British Columbia came together to plan the year ahead in support of our members and clubs. From membership building, club growth strategies through to learning about our program quality training and new District Bucks incentives our leaders came away with fresh new ideas, inspiration and team connections to kick off our new Toastmasters year right.

Thank you to all who presented, attended and for your commitment to supporting District 21 this year on our leadership team!
