Inspirational Message of the Month

Too often we hear people saying things like, “that’s just the way I am,” or ”I treat everybody that way,” and the list goes on. When I hear people say things like that, I feel they have limited beliefs on who they could be and the impact they could have on the world and those around them.

When being kind and being yourself are at opposite ends of the spectrum, it is time to do some work within to bring the two closer, where you and kindness go hand in hand.

If kindness is something you are not used to doing or receiving, begin small and work your way up to the point where it becomes a natural part of who you are. If kindness is already a part of who you are, continue to show it, be the example others need to see. The world could use a lot more kindness, before you say or do something, stop and consider your actions, remember to be kind!
