Foster City Lions Club sadly announces the
passing of Lion Fred Kelley on December 9, 2018 after a five-year illness. He is survived
by his wife Melly Metcalf of Foster City, as well as his daughter Heather, son-in-law Joey and two grandchildren of Naples FL, and a sister and brother of Boston MA. Condolences may be sent to The Kelley Family, 537 Trinidad Lane, Foster City CA 94404-3724.

CANDIDATES FOR 2019-20 DISTRICT GOVERNOR POSITIONS
District Governor Lydia Taylor-Bellinger has appointed the Nominating Committee for the purpose of qualifying candidates for the governor positions in District 4-C4 2019-2020:
Chair - Lion Clayton Jolley, Half Moon Bay Lions Club
Member - Lion Nick Marinaro, Palo Alto Lions Club
Member - Lion Ora Seyler, South San Francisco Golden Gate Lions Club
Per LCI Standard Constitution and By Laws, this Committee will be in office from December 1, 2018 until the end of District 4-C4 Convention scheduled for May 3-5, 2019.
Candidates for 2nd Vice District Governor must complete 2nd Vice District Governor Nominating Form and submit via email to Lion Clayton Jolley or mail to Lion Clayton Jolley, P.O. Box 3023, Half Moon Bay CA 94019. Deadline for submission March 1, 2019. Detailed duties for the position of 2nd Vice District Governor can be found in District Policy Manual Revised July 1, 2018 beginning on Page 188 of 2018-2019 District Directory.
Candidates for 1st Vice District Governor must complete 1st Vice District Governor Nominating Form and submit via email to Lion Clayton Jolley or mail to Lion Clayton Jolley, P.O. Box 3023, Half Moon Bay CA 94019. Deadline for submission March 1, 2019. Detailed duties for the position of 1st Vice District Governor can be found in District Policy Manual Revised July 1, 2018 beginning on Page 187 of 2018-2019 District Directory.
