DISTRICT CLUB CONTESTS RULES REVISION
Inter-Club Visitation
Signed documentation of each
club visitation must accompany contest report. Documentation must include all of the information listed on the District 4-
C4 Inter-Club Visitation Report form dated 04/01/18. A copy of confirmed registration/delegate form may be used for LCI and MD-4 events. Reports must be legible.
Signed visitation forms are no longer accepted for District Events (Cabinet Installation, Cabinet Meetings, Region/Zone Meetings, District Trainings, District Student Speaker Contest, Multi-Club Installation, etc). Attendance will be reported to the Contest Commissioner based on checking in at the event as reported to the Cabinet Secretary following the event.

- Flyers may be included on Thread if the event is sponsored by District 4-C4 Lions Club(s) - sponsoring Lions Club(s) must be listed on the flyer. Should the flyer not indicate the sponsorship, the sender will be contacted to modify the flyer.
