Clubs that place an order by October 1 will have their packets mailed directly after printing. Please note:

No physical packets will be available after the October 1 deadline.
After October 1, clubs may instead download a digital version of the forms, brochures, and certificates.
Only clubs in good standing will receive a packet.
Only clubs in good standing are eligible to hold a contest.

Calling all Sunglasses

Eyeglass Recycling Program is in need of Men's Sunglasses for the upcoming Vision Clinic. If you or your club has any Sunglasses could you please drop them off at the Vista Blind Center on Tuesday between 10am and 2pm or contact Pam Berrry at pamelaberrry@gmail.com or 408-507-1250 to make arraignments
