Help Us Enhance Our Communication

We appreciate your continued support and involvement in our District! As we explore new ways to improve communication with our staff and families, we invite you to take a short survey to help us evaluate and enhance our tools and strategies.

Your feedback is essential in shaping a more effective communication system, and the survey will only take 5-10 minutes of your time. Your input can make a real impact—thank you for sharing your thoughts and helping us strengthen connections across our schools and community!

Alongside this family survey, a separate survey will be distributed to staff next week. We will share the results of both surveys in March.

Take The Communications Survey For Families

Student Device Evaluation Family Survey

The District 64 1:1 Digital Learning Program started in 2014. The purpose of our 1:1 Digital Learning Program is to provide tools and resources to our 21st Century learners.

District 64 is now conducting a comprehensive Student Device Evaluation as part of our 1:1 Digital Learning Program. The goal of this evaluation process is to ensure that our student devices support the district’s vision, mission, and strategic plan, provide learners with access to needed curriculum, and are affordable and sustainable for the future.

We are asking families to complete this survey. Your responses will help inform the District's next steps in regards to our 1:1 Digital Learning Program and student devices.

Science Olympiad Information

Who's ready for the D64 Science Olympiad?! If you are a fourth or fifth grader, now is the time to make plans to participate in this year’s Science Olympiad which takes place on Saturday, April 5, 2025.

Information, along with the ONLINE registration form, is available on the District 64 Science Olympiad Web Page.

Registration is from January 31 - February 16.

Registration is open! You can find all the information on our Registration Page. Please take a few minutes to follow the necessary steps. Even though the deadline is March 14, the earlier we get students registered, the better we can hire staff, plan for classes and classrooms, get necessary materials, and organize transportation.

The registration deadline will be noon on Friday, March 14, and if you register your child and pay the fees by then, you will receive the early bird discount. You must fill out and submit registration forms by Monday, March 10, at 3:00 pm to take advantage of the fee discount. This allows our staff time to verify documents and send out invoices so you can pay them by noon on Friday, March 14. Any families who do not register by this date will receive a records release, as we assume you’re going to another district.
