Over the weekend the 311 website was updated. This update included adding a Spanish version of the website. You can use Dallas 311 to report issues you are experiencing within the City, for example you can report homeless encampments, missed trash or bulk trash, Code Compliance issues, etc.
When reporting please give details so City staff can accurately locate and assess your issue. Please note that the Our Dallas app has been rebranded as the Dallas 311 app, so you will need to download it to your mobile
Please note the following:
1. Changed Online Portal URL: Residents who have bookmarked the old URL may experience connectivity issues due to the updated public-facing URL. The new URL is https://dallascrm.my.site.com/public/s/.
2. Mobile App Alert: Users may be overlooking the app alert prompting them to download the new version. The new mobile app name is Dallas 311.
