SUBJECT: Call for Nominations in District 9
The Board seat representing District 9 on the Oklahoma Municipal League Board of Directors is up for election this year and will be voted on at the 2024 OML Annual Business Meeting, Thursday, September 12, 2024, which is held during the OML Annual Conference in Tulsa. The incumbent, Stan Booker, Mayor, City of Lawton, has expressed his willingness to continue to serve if reelected.
Any municipal official listed in this letter that is interested in this position should submit a letter of interest, resume and a resolution from your municipality supporting your nomination to the OML offices, 201 NE 23rd Street, Attention: Nancee Morris or email nancee@oml.org. Deadline is Friday, July 12, 2024. A sample resolution is included for your convenience.
