The FLGA District 35th Regular Convention


The FLGA District 35th Regular Convention will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South in Orlando, FL, June 5-7, 2025.

This email contains general information on what to expect upon arrival at the District Convention site at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South.

Things to Know Before You Arrive:

PARKING Fee is $10 per day.

Voting Delegates MUST have a smart device (iPhone, Android, tablet) or a laptop computer to vote and access documents at the Convention. 

Preordered printed copies of the Workbook will be available at the check-in

area.

Preordered shirts will be available for pickup in the check-in area.

Convention Check-In will be located in the West Wing of the Hotel.

Upon arrival at the Convention, visit the Name Badge Pickup AND

Credential Table - for Delegates (Alternate, Advisory, Lay, Pastor), Name Badge

Pickup only for registered guests.  

Check-In, Credentialing & Exhibit Hall all CLOSE at 5:40 pm on Thursday,

they will reopen during the breaks.

Name Badges are required for all attendees
