The FLGA District 35th Regular Convention

The FLGA District 35th Regular Convention will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South in Orlando, FL, June 5-7, 2025.

This email contains general information on what to expect upon arrival at the District Convention site at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South.

Things to Know Before You Arrive:

• PARKING Fee is $10 per day.

• Voting Delegates MUST have a smart device (iPhone, Android, tablet) or a laptop computer to vote and access documents at the Convention. 

• Preordered printed copies of the Workbook will be available at the check-in

area.

• Preordered shirts will be available for pickup in the check-in area.

• View the Convention Map to locate your way around the convention site.

• Convention Check-In will be located in the West Wing of the Hotel.

• Upon arrival at the Convention, visit the Name Badge Pickup AND

Credential Table - for Delegates (Alternate, Advisory, Lay, Pastor), Name Badge

Pickup only for registered guests.  

• Check-In, Credentialing & Exhibit Hall all CLOSE at 5:40 pm on Thursday,

they will reopen during the breaks.

• Name Badges are required for all attendees

• Updated Convention Information can be found on the District Convention

webpage AND mobile app.

Download the FLGA LCMS App* from the App Store on your phone or handheld device. It will be helpful for you to download the app before arrival to ensure easier access to additional information. *The link does not work on a computer; it only works on a mobile device.

If you have already downloaded the app, remember that updated content is loaded often.

Be sure to click YES when prompted.

Mobile App Notifications

While inside the FLGA LCMS Mobile App, slide to the second screen of the main page and select "Settings." From there, you will select "Notification Settings." This is where you choose what alerts you want to receive from the FLGA District office.

For this event, turn on the FLGA District Convention notifications. You can also turn on General for any non-event details that may be shared.
