Jensen Jubilee

Annual Police Memorial Service
In memory of fallen Houston police officers, there will be a reception from 4-5:20 pm on 10/18/19 at 1602 State Street followed by a walking processional beginning at 2100 Memorial Drive to the Houston Police Officers Memorial. There will be a roll call of the fallen at the memorial and brief candlelight vigil which will conclude around 7:15 pm.

Second Ward: Free Home Repairs
Rebuilding Together Houston is joining the City's Complete Communities initiative in the Second Ward by repairing homes of qualified homeowners at no cost. Examples of repairs include: damaged roofs, exterior repairs, interior safety upgrades. Learn more here.
