Proposed Revisions To City Regulations On Congregate Living Facilities
Join Council Member Cisneros for an update from the Administration and Regulatory Affairs Department on proposed changes to City regulations on boarding homes, lodging facilities, and alternate housing facilities tonight,  January 10th . For those unable to attend, proposed changes will be posted here . A similar upcoming meeting will also be held elsewhere, see below:

Denver Harbor: Give Your Input On The Hazard Mitigation Plan On Jan 11th
Every 5 years, cities are required to review and revise their Hazard Mitigation Plans, as required by FEMA. The plan is used to identify projects that can be funded through local, state, and federal resources that help reduce Houston's risk to Natural Hazard. Hear the presentation and give your input on the draft of the plan, which you can find here . Comments may also be registered here.

Rebuilding Together Seeking After Harvey Rebuilding Project Volunteers
Both skilled and unskilled volunteers and crew leaders are needed to assist in day-long Home After Harvey home rebuilding projects. Projects can include tasks such as floor installation, home exterior repair, kitchen counter installation, and more. Individual volunteers should sign up here , crew leaders here.
