The City of Houston is partnering with multiple groups to provide home repair assistance to seniors and disabled citizens with homes that have sustained damage as a direct result of Hurricane Harvey. If you know any District H constituents that qualify, please provide our office with the contact's name, phone number, and home address. KICK OFF MEETINGS
The Complete Communities kick-off meetings originally scheduled this month for the Second Ward and the Near Northside have been cancelled, and new dates will be announced for October soon. RECYCLING SUSPENDED
Both recycling and heavy trash pickup have been suspended until further notice. This is due to a reallocation of resources to cope with debris removal. If you need to dispose of recyclables immediately you may take them to a Neighborhood Depository or the Westpark Recycling Facility.
