The Greater Northside Management District is hosting a free Urban Design workshop in Independence Heights to discuss urban design opportunities, strategies, and the vision for the neighborhood. Program includes light dinner, presentation, and engagement exercise.

National Bike Month Opportunities
Every year each City Department presents their individual budgets. After City Council is briefed, they discuss, offer amendments, and vote on the entire yearly budget. There will be a public hearing, and then Council will vote on the budget at the May 23rd City Council Meeting. All meetings are held in Council Chambers, 901 Bagby and are open to the public.
