Elementary School Renovation Update

A District representative and architects from GPD Group and Robert P. Madison International presented information about the Lomond and Mercer renovations to the Board of Education earlier this week. Architects discussed the project timeline and scope of work. A member of the Communications team shared an engagement plan to gather community feedback and share design and construction updates. Board Approves Woodbury GMP #4



The Board of Education approved a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) #4 from Gilbane Building Company for ongoing work on the Woodbury renovation and addition. GMP #4 includes masonry and structural steel for an amount not to exceed $13.25 million.

Please join us for two upcoming events to kick off the design phase for Lomond and Mercer! Architects from GPD Group and Robert P. Madison International will present information on the project timeline and scope of work. Members of the District Buildings & Grounds crew will provide guided tours of the buildings to show opportunities for improvements through the renovations. These events are open to the community, so bring your family and friends!
