Board of Education, Administrators Tour Ludlow


Members of the Board of Education and District administrators toured Ludlow earlier this week. The Ludlow renovation is progressing on-time and on-budget. The District will appear before the Board of Zoning Appeals on May 6 for a variance for the Ludlow playground.

Facilities Advisory Committee Meeting on May 5


The Facilities Advisory Committee (FAC) will meet on Monday, May 5. District administrators will provide an update on the schedule and construction status of the Ludlow Early Learning Center and Woodbury. Architects from GPD Group will also present a revised site plan for Woodbury. The revisions are based on feedback from community members and the City Planning Commission and Architectural Board of Review. Architects will also discuss various options for Woodbury building signage with FAC members.

Update on Woodbury Renovation


The Woodbury site plan is under review with the City Planning Commission and Architectural Board of Review. The District will appear before the Planning Commission for site plan review on May 13. The construction fence is expected to be erected in late May, then abatement will begin. The Woodbury traffic study has been submitted to the City for review and feedback.
