Review of Woodbury Campus Design at Nov. 13 Board of Education Meeting

On Wednesday, November 13, the architects will present a preferred site design for the Woodbury Campus. Residents are invited to attend the Board meeting, which takes place at 6 p.m. in the Small Auditorium of Shaker Heights High School, or view the meeting via livestream. The presentation will be posted to the Board’s web page prior to the meeting. Residents are encouraged to provide feedback in person or by emailing info@cobaltgroupinc.com.

Woodbury School Visual Preference Survey Live Through November 30

Throughout November, the design team is seeking input into the exterior design of the project. Residents of all ages are invited to rank their preference for the “look and feel” of the exterior design of the new Woodbury building. The architects are specifically interested in understanding the community’s preference for how the architecture of the main part of the Woodbury building (circa 1918 and which will be renovated) blends in with the academic, auditorium and natatorium spaces to be constructed.

Strategies to encourage the participation of all students and residents are being deployed. The online community-wide Visual Preference Survey is available to all Shaker residents through November 30. Please forward this email to family, friends and neighbors to encourage them to participate!
