Dear Natick Families,
Our virtual/remote enrichment opportunities start tomorrow, Wednesday, March 25th!
We strongly encourage participation so that students connect with their teachers and we all become accustomed to this new method of communication and interaction. For an explanation of the plan, please review this
PPT presentation
. (start on Slide #7)
Daily Schedule
You will find the daily schedule for your student here; your classroom teachers will have also emailed you/and/or your child with further detail. But here’s a good general overview, especially for PK-6 families, whose students and families are not as used to learning with technology as our older students.
If you miss a classroom session, it will be recorded and you can access it at a later time.
If your child’s teachers have you visiting a class resource you have already used (Seesaw, Dojo, etc.) just use it as you always have. They may have placed their enrichment resources, Video Google Meeting Links and saved video recordings in these resources. Refer to teacher emails for guidance.
No matter what age student you have, all of the resources you need are listed on the Launch Page Below.

YOUR ONE STOP WITH LINKS TO ALL TEACHER & STUDENT SERVICES RESOURCES
All teachers will place relevant links and information here. You will also receive an email from your teacher by Tuesday night, March 24th with specific information.
Student Privacy and Security
Google Meetings, recordings and other resources are for the use of the class with whom the teacher shared. We have done our best to protect the resources where children are involved, and during this week of transition, we ask you to avoid moving through the resources for teachers who are not your children’s teacher--to help decrease the possibility for misinterpretation or intrusion to occur.
All Students Have a NatickPS Gmail Address
(Email is not live for PK-age13 students to email but it is live for logging into Google)
You will be able to use your child’s email address to gain access to all Google applications--even if your child doesn’t have an active account (PreK -grade 7 families). Parents, unless you have your own google account, you will unlikely be able to access the resources from your private non-google email addresses. These are security measures for our students. Email addresses are in your child’s information in iPASS.
