Time to Step Up - We Need Club Officers!

Hey everyone! Club Officer elections are here for the 2025-2026 Toastmasters year.

Important deadline: Get your officer list submitted to Toastmasters International by 10:59 PM PT on June 30, 2025 for Distinguished Club Program credit.

Why You Should Consider Being an Officer

Look, being a club officer isn't always glamorous, but it does have its rewards. It's where you really learn to lead. You'll deal with actual problems, help other members grow, and pick up skills that make you better at work and in life.

Think about the officers who made your club experience great when you first joined. The ones who kept things running smoothly, welcomed you warmly, or helped you tackle that scary first speech. That could be you for someone else.

We Have Roles That Fit Different Strengths

Whether you're good at planning (VP Education), love meeting new people (VP Membership), enjoy organizing (Secretary), are detail-oriented with numbers (Treasurer), like sharing stories and promoting events (VP Public Relations), want to lead and set the vision (President), or just want to help create a great club atmosphere (Sergeant at Arms) - there's a spot that fits.

Don't Wait for Someone Else

Seriously, don't assume someone else will volunteer. Your club needs what you bring to the table. You've been learning and growing here - now's your chance to give back and grow even more.

Talk to your current officers this week about how you can help lead next year. June 30th will be here before you know it!

A club officer has a very important role in Toastmasters International. By providing leadership and support, you foster a positive environment that’s conducive to members’ personal and professional growth, allowing them to achieve their Toastmasters education program goals.

Start off the new Toastmasters year with the right tools to have a thriving club on the path to Distinguished status!

Club Charterversaries

UNLEASH THE FORGES OF CREATION!

No Charterversaries this week? Then maybe… it’s your turn to build something epic.

The fires of possibility are glowing quietly, waiting for someone bold enough to shape what’s next.

Sure, you could spend another week leveling up a farm or kingdom on your phone…

Or—you could build a real-world Toastmasters club that grows confidence, connection, and leadership. What if your workplace, community center, or favorite café became the next launchpad for voices to rise?

What if you were the one who made it happen?

This isn’t just about starting a club.

It’s about creating a space where people find their courage—and their voice.

✨ Imagine:

– A club for healthcare heroes.

– A club inside a comic shop or co-working space.

– A sunrise club powered by coffee and courage.

– A storytelling club that celebrates every language spoken.

Club Growth Director Roxanne Spring has the tools, the map, and the team. All that’s missing is you.

Be the founder. Be the spark. Let’s build something unforgettable—together.

Editor's Nook

Whether you grew up on 8-bit quests or just watched someone else master Mario Kart, you know the thrill of progress—of leveling up. That feeling when effort meets achievement. That’s not just for video games. It’s for us, too.

Every meeting we show up for, every role we say “yes” to, every new member welcomed—it’s XP (experience). Bit by bit, we’re powering up our skills, our clubs, and our District.

And now, we’re racing to distinguished. Think of it like the final lap of Rainbow Road—intense, exciting, and totally worth the push. The finish line is closer than it seems, and every post, every spotlight, every shared story on social media adds turbo to our momentum.

This newsletter may wink at video games, but the message is real: you hold the controller.

So choose your character. Start where you are. And don’t just play the game—level up your life.

See you on the leaderboard.
