COVID-19 Vaccination Survey

As many of you know, COVID-19 vaccinations are being administered by the Shelby County Health Department (SCHD). The SCHD has considered Shelby County Schools (SCS) employees to be a part of the vaccination timeline. As a result, the District has been asked to survey employees about their willingness to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. The District's role in this initiative is to assist the SCHD in determining the number of vaccines needed. SCHD is fully responsible for the distribution and administration of all phases of the COVID-19 vaccine. Please complete this survey expressing your interest to receive a vaccine. Additional information will be provided. Please note that all vaccinations are voluntary, and survey responses are confidential. The completion of this survey is not binding to a vaccination. If you have any additional questions, please contact your immediate supervisor.
We need input from teachers and school staff to help develop 2021-22 budget priorities.

School Board members are currently working to establish budget priorities for the 2021-22 school year. These priorities will be driven by a review of current programs and operations, resource needs and annual strategic goals. Teachers and school staff can complete this survey now through January 22 to share input about the priorities that will best help us improve academic achievement in the year ahead. View more information about the 2021-22 budget process and strategic initiatives here.
Mileage reimbursement rates have been updated for 2021.
