Special Session Called for Disaffiliations

Last fall, Bishop McAlilly made the call for two special annual conference sessions, in May and in November, for the sole purpose of voting on disaffiliations. The first of these will be conducted online on Monday, May 22, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will last about an hour and will be live-streamed from the conference website. Materials to be voted on comprise a Consent Agenda that is now available for voting members to review and prepare to vote. Read more.

Two Lay Delegates to be elected

This year we will elect two lay delegates for our General/Jurisdictional Delegation to the General and Jurisdictional Conferences to fill two vacancies. All Lay Voting Members of the 2023 TWK annual conference may vote for these delegates in June. Laity interested in nominating themselves for these positions must complete and submit a nomination form by May 10, 2023. More information
