Changes as the district moves into Phase 4
Today, Friday, June 26, the Skokie Park District moves into Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois Plan. The following facilities, parks, programs, and events will be impacted. (A decision has yet to be made on opening the Skokie Water Playground.)
Summer Camp 2.0 is here!

As promised, the new Summer Camp 2.0 Guide is now available.

The guide includes camp registration links, as well as links to all district summer program types.

Officially cancelled for 2020

With much regret, Skokie's Backlot Bash, scheduled for August 28-30, has officially been cancelled due to Illinois' Restore Illinois Phase 4 guidelines , which calls for no group activities to be attended by more than 50 people and for 6 feet of social distancing. The Backlot Dash 5K, regrettably, has also been cancelled. (A virtual 5K option will be announced soon.)

The Bash organizing team is already working behind the scenes to bring both popular events back, August 27-29, 2021.

Check  backlotbash.com  in the spring of 2021 for details.

  • Carry hand sanitizer and sanitize frequently, and immediately after touching equipment.
