Summer learning and fun starts in June!
In June, Learning at Home includes locally produced programs Cartoon Academy from WQED, and Penn State Humphrey Fellows from WPSU. We celebrate LGBTQ Pride month with programs like Prideland and We'll Meet Again for 9th-12th grade students. Resources from PBS LearningMedia can be used in the classroom or at home and are available for programs throughout June.

June schedules are available in Spanish and English - just click on the images below.
Starting June 21

Learning at Home shifts to a new time starting June 21: 7am-12pm with programs and activities for Pre-K to 3rd grade students. PBS Kids programs, including Curious George, Molly of Denali, and Elinor Wonders Why, present lessons in Social and Emotional learning (SEL), Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), the Arts, and more. We'll provide a weekly activity schedule that ties learning goals to summer fun!

The fun (and learning!) continues at 1pm with It's Camp!, a 30-minute program produced by PBS39 at Valley Youth House's Camp Fowler, that brings the best parts of camp to your home this summer! There are also weekly guides that correspond with the activities on It's Camp!
As we close out this school year, we reflect upon all that we accomplished together - from Family Night: Coding to professional development webinars and so much more! We thank all of our education partners. Your support and ideas helped us make Learning at Home more impactful for the students and families we serve throughout Pennsylvania.

Thank You!
Coming in June's newsletter: we talk with our library partners and learn about the summer programs they have planned!
