Recognizing the importance of fostering diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), the State of Delaware has undertaken several key initiatives within its government agencies. These initiatives aim to increase representation, provide learning opportunities, and establish measurable goals. This article explores the state’s efforts in three crucial areas: the establishment of local diversity committees, cultural heritage month learning opportunities, and the revision of the EEO/AA Action plan. PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

You may have heard news recently about a Chancery Court decision involving Tesla and Elon Musk. In the aftermath of this decision, which struck down Musk’s compensation package, Chancery Court Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick ruled that Musk and the Tesla board “bore the burden of proving that the compensation plan was fair, and they failed to meet that burden.” Read more >
