Program Details

Effective Dates August 15, 2022 through September 30, 2022

Qualifying Orders:

• Place Between August 15 - September 30, for immediate shipment.  No Future ship dates.
• Mark 2022 Heating Preseason to receive appropriate rebate and special CVENT pricing. 
• (1) Stand alone Purchase Order / (1) shipment and cannot be combined or accumulated**.
• Orders need to include minimum qualifying heating products listed below and all other products sold by DiversiTech except Pads and Mounts* - Call for quote or special project quotations.  

Program Notes:

• DiversiTech pads, mounts, special project quotations and "call for quote" are excluded.
• This is a rebate only program, no discount will be applied either line by line or as a one line item discount.  Rebates will be paid out in November, 2022 as credit to their account.
• 2022 Heating Preseason orders or CVENT pricing cannot be combined with other programs or discounts.  
• All prices and terms subject to change without notice.

• **Customers with multiple ship-to locations must receive prior Regional Sales Manger approval to place multiple purchase orders to achieve a qualifying level.
