The Office of Diversity and Human Resources are recruiting for inaugural Staff Equity Advisors. Staff Equity Advisors will work to advance efforts to achieve demographic diversity in leadership under the UCSF Anti-Racism Initiative by ensuring that excellence, equity and diversity are considered in all aspects of staff recruitment and hiring process. An event co-sponsored by ODO, guest speaker Congresswoman Terri Sewell of Alabama will speak about federal legislation and the landscape of healthcare and health education. She is one of the first women elected to Congress from Alabama and is the first African American woman to ever serve in the Alabama Congressional delegation. Register for this event here.
