May 2020
Spring has arrived and with it, some new professional development opportunities from CCDI. Here are a few of our upcoming offerings coming your way soon:

  • Virtual instructor-led training (V-ILT) programs during a pandemic – As we all continue to navigate a global pandemic of an unprecedented scale, we at the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) recognize the need to help employers sustain diversity and inclusion plans with agile, flexible solutions. The reality is that issues of exclusion didn’t go away because of COVID-19. In fact, they have become arguably worse. In moments of stress, we tend to fall back on old exclusionary behaviour. Now more than ever we need to focus on inclusion of all people. CCDI is pleased to announce that all our learning solutions normally delivered in-person are now available online. Our new virtual instructor-led training programs (delivered leveraging the power of Cisco WebEx) provide an exceptional learning opportunity while ensuring people remain safe and healthy.

  • Virtual instructor-led training (V-ILT) open enrollment certificate program – CCDI is very pleased to announce that we will soon be rolling out online open enrollments for two certificate programs featuring our highly sought-after instructor led training programs. Not only is this the first certificate program being offered by CCDI, these virtual instructor-led training (V-ILT) offerings have been perfectly timed and packaged to cater to both personal and career development goals in the context of your new normal.

  • Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) open enrollment program – CCDI is very pleased to announce that we will soon be rolling out online open enrollments for the Intercultural Development Inventory ® (“IDI”). This marks the first time the IDI tool is being delivered exclusively to you as an individual and has been perfectly timed and packaged to cater to your personal and career development goals in the context of an operating environment which is constantly being reshaped by the effects of COVID-19. For a limited time only, CCDI is offering a special price for IDI development. You can complete your IDI assessment, receive your own results and a customized 6-month cultural development plan at a very good price. Please look out for additional details in your inbox and on our web sites in the coming days.
