Employer Resources for Diversity and Inclusion

Recent incidents have again brought to the surface the on-going issue of racial injustice towards Black people. It is wrong and it needs to stop. As business leaders, it is our responsibility to learn about and take a stand against racism. We are aware of and appreciate our members’ and local employers’ desire for action. The internet is a great resource to identify learning material. To help you get started, here is a list of anti-racism resources and a few starting points from SHRM , and LinkedIn . And here are Amazon’s current best-selling books on racism .

We hope that you sustain this desire in the months and years to come. As always, please contact Aspire for additional resources, including referrals to local trainers on implicit bias and diversity.
