Rather, leadership must step up to tackle the difficult but necessary work of eliminating biases and establishing diverse, equitable and inclusive practices within their organizational culture.
In Orr Group's most recent article, Shaby T. Rosales, Vice President, HR, outlines several actionable steps that nonprofit leaders can take to achieve greater representation when looking to grow their staff.
