TO DO lists help us to remember to get things done.  Curious??....Have you noticed that many times those lists are ever present in your mind?  Does it feel like you are always wondering what to do next, what you forgot to do, and are you thinking about what you need to add to the list?

How might it feel if instead of just using a TO DO list to check things DONE, you created a  TO BE  list along side your TO DO list?

  •  TO BE present
  •  TO BE compassionate
  •  TO BE peaceful
  •  TO BE joyful
  •  TO BE alert
When you are BEing present (compassionate, peaceful, joyful or alert) while you are DOing, you are clarifying your intentions for the NOW rather than evaluating past performances.  The TO BE list reminds us of the choices we have every moment and can inspire us to always put our best feet forward.

Choosing "How to BE " is perhaps more subjective than choosing "What to DO " and it's more powerful in terms of quality of life. For example, charging ahead on a  TO DO  list frequently results in feeling rushed and overwhelmed, not enjoying the DOi ng. In consciously choosing a state of Being, for example BE Alert, you will be surprised and enriched as you notice things that were unnoticed before. Choosing to BE Compassionate, turns ordinary conversations into rich and meaningful conversations.  Curious....How would that feel??

Are you ready to really enjoy Getting Things Done? After all, you'll be doing things on the list anyway, right? Try lining up your TO BE list right next to your TO DO list. Whatever you decide to DO on your list, ask yourself "How will I BE in the Doing of this?"
For example, if you want to contact a company about an error in your order, how do you want to BE as you do it? Open? Relaxed? Understanding? Clear? If laundry is next, how do you want to be in the Doing of it? Calm? Mindful? Playful?

**Hint: Things like "BE productive" "BE perfect" violate the spirit of the TO BE list. Please BE careful with what and who you choose to BE!

Sending you Much Love, Light & Peace, Joanie
For the last year I have become more aware and respectful of  an essential oil  focus blend     Why?  Because of the way the blend works together to support my own efforts to remaining calm and focused on a desired task.

What's in it and why is the focus blend
 so special?
Many of the essential oils in this blend have high levels of sesquiterpenes, which have demonstrated an ability to pass through the blood-brain barrier to reach the cells of the brain.   This means a quicker and more reliable result in creating a shift or change in one's mental state.   The first three ingredients in the  focus blend  are comprised of; sandalwood, frankincense, and lime.  These pure essential oils contribute to clarity and focus, while the next ingredients; amryis, patchouli, ylang ylang and Roman chamomile are calming and soothing to the mind and body.  So as the blend  helps to restore focus and increase one's ability to stay on task, it promotes clarity of thought, and increases alertness and stability of thoughts.
I absolutely love the aroma of  the focus blend, which makes this solution an easy and delightful one to use.

One of the most vital things you must know about essential oils is not all essential oils are created equally. In fact, most of them are worthless to your health and often synthetic. When buying essential oils make sure they are certified pure therapeutic grade. If you want to order the brand I trust and personally use  feel free to email me
