Dimond Trail, Sausal Creek - Oakland, CA

Summer is a great time for stretching out the long days and doing the things that make you feel good whether its vacation, stay-cation, "me" time, or getting together with loved ones.  This July I was grateful to take a week off from managing the studio.  While planning my vacation, I thought about a long-distance excursion, or a getaway to some faraway tropical place, or other great opportunities for rejuvenating the soul.  But the more I looked into the details, the more I realized that everything I want is right here!  We are so blessed to live in the Bay Area with something to do every day that supports your energy...in the Town, at the beach, the parks, and the forests.  Maybe next time I'll book a flight.  But this time I found peace at home in our own backyard spending quality time with the ones I love.

Stop in and stay cool at Anasa. We have a powerful rooftop air conditioning and heating system and it's ALWAYS comfortable in the studio.

And please pre-register for events at AnasaOakland.com to take advantage of EARLY BIRD PRICING and help us plan in advance for our amazing line-up of holistic offerings!
Blessings to All,
Jean Marie
